Pierre-Henri Barralis

Pierre-Henri Barralis is composer, technical artist and graphics programmer in video games and interactive immersive experiences. During the last twelve years, he was able to contribute to about fifteen projects, from AAA (Ubisoft, Square-Enix …etc) to independent studio and creators. He has both a master’s degree in computer science (University of Nice, France) and a bachelor’s degree in music composition (University of Montreal, Canada).

Over time, Pierre-Henri (also known as “PH”) created a deep bond with non-technical artists (3D and 2D visual artists, directors, writers, sound designers), especially to adapt their vision to a specific medium like virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR). Having learned from these fruitful collaborations, he earned a reputation as someone able to finish unlikely projects, like De Montreal à Bali, a VR experience commissioned by le Le Vivier which was completely created in under a month.

Lately, Pierre-Henri has put more emphasis on interactive musical composition by creating several energetic videogame soundtracks like Bolt’N’Punch (Electro x Orchestral) and Powerplay (Metal x Orchestral), showing his skills in very different aesthetics and how he is able to adapt to a specific project needs.
